Verizon wifi calling stops working randomly through the day or during the night. I keep my phone in airplane mode with wifi and wifi calling enabled because cell service is non-existent. I'll look down randomly and VZW Wi-Fi next to the wifi symbol has vanished. Everything else on the phone works at the time. I turn airplane mode off and on and it will work again until the next time. This happens with my iphone 13 and my older samsung galaxy phone. This problem has been going on for years for me and others. I've read a lot of similar posts in this forum and other forums. Seems like verizon never has the correct fix. People are spending hours on the phone with Vzw to no avail. I'm trying Tmobile at the moment so I have both services running on my phone at the same time. I noticed VZW Wi-Fi disappears but the T-Mobile Wi-Fi is always there. I just added the Tmobile esim about a week ago so no the tmobile service is not affecting verizon wifi calling. When VZW Wi-Fi disappears and I try to make it call the phone gives the message that the phone is in airplane mode and tells me I need to take it out of wifi mode to make a call.
