seems since last thursday 1/25/24 i have no data service outside of being on my wifi at home. has anyone else been experiencing this? i chatted with verizon yesterday and was kicked out of the website so no resolution. i have reset network settings multiple times, taken out the sim card and waited 2 minutes then put it back in and nothing is working. i am at my peak of frustration since i am paying for unlimited data that can't even be used. started dropping calls last night while at home as well. if it wasn't for being under contract with my phones, i would switch back to AT&T!

to add to this, i have tried 5G and LTE and still nothing!

5-days without cellular data sounds like a nightmare to me, cmmiller02. We're sorry to hear that you tried to reach out for help, but had some issues with staying connected with us online as well. We're here to help! You mentioned that this is happening at your home. How is your service away from you home? What happens when you try to access your cellular data off of Wi-Fi? Can you share the nearest cross streets and city where this is happening?
