Placed an order on December 13th for iPhone 15 Pro max, Apple Watch, iPad for some reason they shipped it separately.
First off they shipped the IPad and I received it on the Dec 16th. Fed ex left the package outside the door with no signature I was passing by seen it outside I grabbed the package it had the iPad in there, then the second shipment was supposed to arrive on the Dec 18th, got a notification on Sunday that Monday the package was supposed to arrive.
Monday I had left at 11:18 am to go do something get a notification from Fed ex saying they delivered the second package. Called my mom to ask her if she has received the package or signed off for a package she said nobody knocked she stepped outside the house to see if the package was outside there was nothing there.
Reported to Fed ex that the package was missing/stolen they created a ticket told me they will look into it.
Called Verizon after to tell them what happened they created the ticket and told me it will take 3-5 days to get an answer wait 5 days call back they told me claim was denied created another one denied again and another one again it was all denied.
It’s already Jan 7 and they still can’t do a proper investigation.
I agree I don’t understand why they are using Fed ex as there carrier.
