I had an iPhone 14 Pro. Worked correctly at first for the past few weeks calls are intermittently going to voice mail with out a notification that a call has occurred. We called tech support. After 12 hours they replaced the phone. When replacement came we called to have tech assist in setting up new device because of trouble with previous phone. They had trouble setting up eSIM but finally got it.
My replacement phone is not picking up calls but showing voice mail notifications. Texts and emails aren’t showing up timely now. I try to sign into my accounts and the text confirmation code won’t arrive for 30-60+ minutes later which by that time the code expired.
This is my business phone and I need a device /service that works. We’ve been Verizon customers over 10 years. This is not the service we’ve come to expect.
I’ve gone through similar posts on the forum and people have had the same issue but how to fix the device isn’t posted. Please help….
