I have a iphone 16gb 5s and I live in Manhattan an area where there is good LTE service. However, lately my iphone consistently stays in 3G (my LTE is enabled). I read through troubleshooting and have tried taking out SIM and have tried the "reset network setting" option. Resetting the network setting DOES work. However, in about 5 days, the same problem happens. This has now been 3 weeks of the same issue. Is there something wrong with my phone? Is there anything I can do about this?

We always want to make sure you stay connected everywhere you need us! Let's get you up and running. The reset network settings works for 5 days in all the same areas? Does a regular power cycle (powering the phone off and on) provide the same effect? Are there any areas your phone always has 4G service? Which zip?
