Swap the SIM card between the two devices.
Is it a new phone that was upgraded via Verizon? If so, a new sim card will come preinstalled. Power on the device and follow the on screen instructions.
If the device was purchased from eBay or given to you the sim will need to be moved from the older device to the new device you've acquired.
