So I have been having a little bit of problems with my charger working for my Samsung Galaxy A03s. It will NOT charge at all whatsoever. So I just went a couple days ago to purchase a new one and got the 30W USB-C to USB-C wall charger (which, I'm sure, as you all know too..these chargers are definitely not all that cheap anymore these days but can still be worth the prices). Well, I get home and the charger isn't working on my phone either. So now I am thinking that maybe it is actually my phone and the little port where the USB-C plugs into the device has somehow become damaged or too loose for the charger to make a connection and charge my device. Well, being the time of day that it was by this time, I just have to leave it for now until the next day when I can figure something else out. When I wake up the next morning, my battery percentage is 100% I was shocked but so happy! That's the first time my battery has been at 100% in several wks now. Well, again this evening, I go to put m device on the charger again..but this time, not only is not really charging my device (even though it keeps going in and out of charging every couple seconds). However, I do notice that on the brick block that plugs into the outlet, the white light that comes on indicating its charging, is actually blinking on and off. I read on another Verizon forum on Chrome that typically when that happens it means that the brick itself has some sort of shortage in it and needs to be replaced. The people that mentioned this as a possible issue with it, based off their own experiences with this specific charger, had the charger for a year at the very least and two years max before it finally shorted out. My charger is now only 3 days old. It isn't doing this on my son's Galaxy A03s but it is on my mom's Motorola device.
So.... Is the problem actually MY DEVICE and possibly the USB-C port that plugs into my device the issue? OR could it be that my charger does in fact need to be returned or maybe exchanged? I know this probably doesn't seem like a dyer emergency or anything (LOL), however, the Verizon store location that is closest to me was pretty short on some wall chargers compatible with my device and have been low in stock. I just want to make sure I try fixing the correct problem without putting myself in a situation where I am unable to use my phone entirely. Any insight on this kind of issue or even with my device itself would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hello KOcalls86. We would love to help. Have you tried a different charging block? If so what were the results? What about a different outlet? Is your device damaged?-Joe
