Verizon charger E34357 melted and burned my fingers

I noticed an acrid burning odor when using my Verizon charger E314357.

When I unplugged it, it was so hot that the case melted and it burned my fingers.

It has been used only to charge my  iPhone 14 with Apple cable #A2561 GJM251206QVA.

All items were purchased from the Verizon store at the same time.

I would like Verizon to replace the charger at no cost to me.

Please provide your contact info.

Hey there, arrrrrgh, I'm very sorry you ran into an overheating issue with your charger. Please return to the store where the phone and accessories were purchased so we can further assist with your concern.
