Verizon charger E34357 melted and burned my fingers

I noticed an acrid burning odor when using my Verizon charger E314357.

When I unplugged it, it was so hot that the case melted and it burned my fingers.

It has been used only to charge my  iPhone 14 with Apple cable #A2561 GJM251206QVA.

All items were purchased from the Verizon store at the same time.

I would like Verizon to replace the charger at no cost to me.

Please provide your contact info.
