This is ridiculous. After reading the forum I now see that I was scammed as well. I received the email to register for it with instructions on how to do so on the myverizon site but there is no "reward card image" as described. I chatted with an online rep who directed me to the Rewards department which was a de-activated phone number. Now I'm sitting on hold for the last 40 minutes waiting to speak to an actual representative.
I am going to cancel and go back to Xfinity .. ridiculous! I was warned about the customer service when I signed up but seriously, they just lied!
