We signed up with Verizon in November and switched from AT&T which cost us nearly $500. We were willing to do so because we were promised $400 from Verizon for switching. I have all of the information written down from the agent who got our account set up. We never received any information regarding the Visa Gift Cards and after looking into it on my account, I called in to customer service. They were unable to help, transferred me to three different agents and eventually disconnected me dropping the call. We realized at that point that we were being overcharged for our plan and when I tried to resolve the issue, I asked to speak to a supervisor who could review our account. She was less than helpful and basically blamed the whole issue on me. I was told that we were supposed to do something on the website to activate the gift card redemption process, which was never explained to me, and said that I should have gotten an email, which I did not. This is a flawed system to say the least, and I would like some attention to this matter at some point, so we can get what we were promised. Please contact me immediately.
