So I've called like 5 times since I moved and that was 6 months ago. I called every month to check and see where the gift card is. Every time a rep would ask me a bunch of question put me on hold for 10 mins and give me a number to call! And every time the number is different! The last time I called was 866-948-2725, not they are telling me to call {edited}. Is this how you conduct business VERIZON? It is so shady that you have to change your number every month? Come on! As a loyal customer for more than 6 years I think I deserve better than this!
