$50 gift card never delivered

I registered to receive the $50 Gift card. I have followed up with Fios specialists many times and It has been almost 8 months since i signed up for Fios but never received my gift card. I signed up for wireless about a year before and they delivered my cards with however looks like scam when it comes to FIOS. I can not wait to switch over. They basically lied.
