Good morning. I have received my new bill and I have a dispute. After the previous bill was increased by almost 100%, I called in and was promised a reduced rate of $45.99 per month as well as a retroactive adjustment. It appears this was forgotten as my current bill shows the inflated rate again. Please adjust my bill accordingly so I can pay the correct amount in advance of the due date.
