Why is my bill $12 more next month?
Some grandfathered plans have incurred price increases recently; could that have been it? Did you review last month's bill to see if there was a statement on it (usually near the end of the bill) that indicated there would be a change in the bill starting the next billing statement? Have you compared this month's bill to last month's to see what changed?
