Cannot send messages this morning. Says Network Error, then General Problems. This is my third day with the prepaid plan from Verizon and I am already upset and ready to chalk my expenditure up to bad judgment and go back to my other phone. This sucks. I have already changed my phone number with all the people and businesses I use.

How is your service? Got good signal strength? What type of phone are you using? Also what location is it your are having problem at? Answer this questions so they can better assist you.

I am having a hard time trying to update the original. I am in Phoenix,
AZ, have 3 bars inside ( have medical issues so it is not feasible for me
to go outside to use phone), Phone is a LG Cosmos 3. It worked fine
yesterday. I did some checking on the internet and there are indications
that Verizon is having network issues today,so not sure what I should do.

I want to ensure that were able to take a close look into the issues you've been running into in recent days. What zip code are you located in? Has the phone worked since you activated it? Have you rebooted the device after you began to experience the issue?

Zip Code 85013. Phone had worked for a day just fine. I did find an
obscure reference to the Verizon network being down and/or having problems
at the same time I was trying to send messages. In fact that was the ERROR
MESSAGE I kept getting, there were NETWORK PROBLEMS. After 4 or more hours
I was finally able to send a message and after another hour or so messages
that had been sent to me came through. As of this date and time, I can
still send messages and received them. TRUST me I have been check
periodically by sending messages to my old phone which will be active for
another couple of weeks. On the facebook page they keep saying they want
to make me happy and want to keep me as a customer. The only way that I
can be made happy over my switch is like a free month of prepaid service
and no I am not kidding.
