As with the dozens of previous mesages on this board, when I try to get a temporary access code (PIN) by SMS, the webpage returns an error message saying "Unable to process your request." I wasted my time trying several different browsers, all return the same error. I also wasted over an hour trying to sove this via online chat and on the phone talking to support.
This problem is clearly a persistent one on Verizon's side. Strangely enough, Verizon seems to have no problem getting "full access" to my credit card info every month to charge me for service.
