I signed up for my Fios account during the Black Friday Special where you received an Echo, Year of Prime, AND the choice of an $100 Amazon.com Gift Card. I have received emails to redeem this offer on my account page. I cannot. I see the images to redeem the echo and the year of prime. There is no place to redeem the gift card and everytime I call or chat they have no idea what I am talking about. Was this a scam? Any help would be appreciated.
