I cancelled my business service a year and a half ago and just found out I have been charged $23.10 per month on a card I never use every month since then. When I call, it will not let me speak to anyone as I don't have an account any longer. Before I escalate this with my card provider or a regulatory agency, is the a number I can call to get an explanation?
