I have been on auto bill pay with Verizon for a long time; I've realized recently that my bills have been unusually high and just went into my account to find that I have been charged for two table devices ($45 and $25) since last October. I did not authorize these charges; we do not have these tablets; I tried to call both numbers and Verizon tells me "the number you have dialed has been changed, disconnected, or is no longer in service." I have also been trying to chat through text, web, and over the phone and have had no success and Verizon continues to disconnect me. Please provide answers ASAP.
