My phone was shut off due to me forgetting my payment arrangement two days late. That was completely my bad but I tried to call them to see if the could give me 5 days because I am in a financial bind due to the fact that my mother in law passed away a month ago and I had to fly back and forth between Chicago and Washington state twice last month. I tried calling to talk with someone even stopped in the store let the associates know what going on they even tried to call since I’m not from Chicago and I use navigation everywhere so I don’t get lost and I have no family or friends out here I’m out here for work. I can’t leave the house because I don’t know where I’m going and makes no sense for me to buy a map in the problem I’m having is needing a financial help for 4 days. I have been with Verizon since 2005. Every time I try to speak to someone on the phone it will give me an option to pay or it hangs up on me if I try to get a chat with a Verizon rep it say until I turn my service on they can’t help me and I’m on wifi so it doesn’t make any sense. Is anyone having these problems too?
