Customer Service not answering phone

I am trying to reach customer service to cancel my service (I'm at the end of contract and can't pay the higher rates they want to charge). Whenever the phone menu says it is going to connect me to a customer service rep, I get a message that there is no one to answer the phone and to try again later... When??? I've been trying all day. I only have 5 more days on my contract!!!

You can cancel Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm (et) by calling 1-844-837-2262.
