I was on hold with Verizon Customer Service for 31 minutes before an agent answered my call. He hung up on me and, of course, when I called right back the office was closed. This has happened to me before with Verizon. Why answer the call if one does not want to assist???? It was only a billing question. My bill seems to have risen and I wanted to know why. Nice waste of a half- hour. I was looking for an email contact for Verizon, and there does not appear to be one
