I have had NO CELL SERVICE for over 36 hrs. I cannot get a real Verizon employee on the phone. The "AI" support chat asks me to pay my bill. I'm told to call support. I anm disconnected when the virtual support says I have no past due amount to pay. This process repeats over and over.
I owe $0.00 dollars and my account is not being restored. If my service is not restored and my bill prorated I am canceling my mobile service and switching to T-mobile.
