I've been trying for an hour on the site to figure out how to contact somebody but can't figure out a way to do it. My Fios modem and cable box were lost after the death of the family member living at my house in PA. I live in Virginia. I received a call from Verizon notifying me that the equipment was missing. Supposedly a call back number was in the message but I don't see one. I wasn't given any way to contact the person who called me and don't know how to settle this matter. The account was closed a couple of months ago.
