FIOS Welcome Bonus

I have been dealing with this for weeks now & I keep getting the run around. Nobody can seem to help me with the "FIOS WELCOME BONUS" link missing from my account profile & i am owed $400 in Home depot gift cards, a MOCA Ethernet adapter & $50 xbox gift card. This is ridiculous NOBODY with verizon can help me with this.
