I moved my services 2 months ago and Verizon won’t answer the phone to give my pdf outline of my bill so I can know why I’m being charged almost $2,000 as my final bill. I want to know exactly why I have this large bill. I have been trying to contact everyone at verizon and no one has answered me. I will not pay this bill until I get the outline and if Verizon sends this to my credit I will report and dispute it, all of my call and messages to Verizon will be documented as proof including this message.
