Final bill

I need a copy of my downloadable final bill and am being denied access to it. I don’t understand after over 15 years of service this is the treatment that customers receive. I am trying to see how much is owed as I am in the military and moving to Poland and don’t want to have a bill appear 3 months after it is due. Any assistance is greatly appreciated
