Fios gift card never received

I registered to receive the $50 Gift card. It has been 10 times I have followed up with Fios specialists. They all told me that I will receive it in my email or mailing addresses. Last time I checked the status, it was processing . But now the status page is gone. I am so hopeless and I don’t want to believe that this is a scam. Please advise on how to escalate and resolve
