Gift card refund

I placed an order for in store pick up and used a gift card to place the order. The store canceled my order due to not having the device in stock. I called to see if my gift card had been refunded and it was not. I called customer service to inquire about the issue and they filled out a refund request for. I have been waiting for almost a month and I have not gotten my refund back.

I also ordered something from Verizon and after waiting for a month they never fulfilled my order until it got cancelled. They took my gift card that I paid for and never returned it back. Were you able to get yours back?
