So, I renewed on 10-31-18, just like my offer said to in order to qualify for the Google/Nest $200 offer. I made sure of this because you can only get so many offers that you can take advantage of. 2 weeks go by & Customer Service told me to wait a full billing cycle. 4 weeks go by & Customer Service told me to wait until the Auto-Pay kicks in. Its been 64 days and I haven't received an email. Your chat agents can't help. Today I was told the offer I signed up for didn't have the Google/Nest promotion listed on the package. Um, what?? You have to be seriously kidding me. How do I redeem this offer?
