I'm getting this problem:
"When I click 'Register Now' to sign up for my prepaid Verizon reward, it redirects me to Verizon VTP page and it does nothing. It just says "Retrieving Customer Data" and does nothing. What should I do?"
Tried from multiple PCs and phones, nothing is working and its been 3-4wks already. No help via chat, they seem to not know what my problem is.
