My family and I have been customers for over 20 years.
This past year I got really sick with covid and mental health and was unemployed. As u can imagine this put a large strain on us.
I am now finally able to work again and trying to make payments. But I can't seem to get any help from Verizon and am just being placed on endless holds when I call in to get help. That is if I can even reach someone as the automated system hangs up on me also.
Please help!!!!
