I've been trying to shop for a new phone while logged in to my verizon account on my desktop, but about 20 seconds in to being signed into my account, I get automatically logged out. Every time. It won't keep me logged in long enough to get to the online shop, let alone fill any info out to buy a new phone! I really like Verizon, have been with you forever, but if this doesn't get fixed there's nothing stopping me from switching carriers...
