I received both my gift cards but I cannot find them. I had them saved as my payment method but when I went to use them only my debit card was on, I had used $146.78 on the gift card.
We would be happy to look into this with you. How long has it been since you received them?

I am not the original poster but I have this exact same issue. I added my giftcard as a payment option and used it but now it is no longer saved and I dont have access to it... I looked in my emails but it seems to have auto-deleted it. I received the gift-card as a rebate through email only
I had the exact thing happen to me. I saved the e-gift card to my payment options and now it’s no longer there.
