From my understanding on the website and Verizon tech through text messages, the Chinese Manadrin package was on a promotion where the first three months were free. I specifically confirmed this with the tech that installed FiOS at my residence. Now i am looking at my bill and I am being charged for the Chinese Mandarin channels and no credit was being applied to offset the cost.
Please advise on steps necessary to rectify the situation.
