Long time wireless customer and recently signed up for Fios Gigabit service. Was told I qualified for top tier Mobile +Home discount since I have 4 lines of unlimited on my wireless. Sales rep even physically took my cell phone and signed me up for it in person. Forward to today which is 3 months later and I still only receive partial discount on wireless and NO discount on Fios. I've called 4 times and each time spent over an hour on the phone. I've had phone support from Fios conference in wireless support and then argue with each other over who's side the issue is on. I've had tickets opened that never get resolved. They keep blaming each other for the issue. Last call was 9/23/22 and was told after being transferred 3 times and having to tell the story over each time that a manager would be calling me within a day. Well it's been almost a week and nothing. I am ready to switch back to optimum and put in a complaint to the bbb.
Anyone have a phone number to call that would get me to a higher level support person? I can't keep wasting my time.
