When I go to register for a new MyVerizon account, after I enter my number and 4-digit code, it says that my account is locked and I need to contact 800-294-6804. But when I call it, I don't get any options to help unlock my account. I've tried a number of different things and have been looking around this website for the past half hour but everything is circular and extremely unhelpful. Would really appreciate it if someone could tell me how to unlock the account.
