Since April there is a grey box showing on my online account saying i have a pending order, and because of this i cannot do anything with my account online. I have called up several times and tickets were written up to correct this but still no progress. I would like to be able to look at package prices and make changes like i used to but until this pending order issue is cleared up i can do nothing.
contract is up in september and if this doesnt get fixed soon definitely going back to Direct TV
