Need to Unlink Verizon One ID (Mobile/Fios)

Spent 2.5 hours being transferred around customer service. All I need is to unenroll a inactive Fios account that an agent incorrectly put to the wrong address and link my Verizon account to the new Fios account.
7 AGENTS and not one single one knew how to do this..
