Never received $200 gift card

Hello, I never received my $200 gift card that was promised after signing up for Fios. I redeemed the offer but it only ever said “processing”. I checked the status multiple times but it never changed until today when I checked and the option to check status was no longer there. It’s been months and I still have not received the gift card. Thanks
