Paid balance owed. Still no service after 10 hours

I paid the balance owed, got the reactivation text but I still don't have service after 10 hours. Can't reach a human. Since my service is suspended any calls I make to Verizon automatically directs me the automated financial services where it tells me I owe $0. Need help.
