I have had a pending order on my account for since August. I can't make any changes online. I have tried to get them to remove a preimum channel every month. Every time I call, they give a credit and open another ticket. I just had it with them. They screwed up my Quantum Upgrade and now are charging for Enhanced DVR service when it is supposed to free. It was a Thanksgiving Black Friday deal. Getting charged $272/month and getting crappy service is ridiculous.
