Got the RSN rebate of $27.94 but also got charged $14.23 for RSN offset correction! What is that charge? Did anyone else get charged for this?
Apparently, the credit of amount of 27.94 was a mistake and they added the charge of 14.23 as a correction.
Got same thing 27.94 credit and this months bill RSN charge 14.23.Will call Monday to fight this charge.What nerve of Verizon.
They are counting on the fact that the vast majority of Verizon customers don't even glance at their invoices.
