I have a refund due from Verizon since last October because they charged me an early termination fee. I moved to an area not serviced by Verizon Fios and now showing credit balance. they keep sending me credit invoices. Every time I call the Verizon customer service number I get Verizon Wireless and they can't help. Any help will be appreciated.
