despite receiving multiple emails that I could now redeem the ring wireless doorbell, I’ve yet to be able to redeem this offer. I’ve talked to multiple agents both via chat and the phone. Today was supposed to be the day I could redeem my free year of amazon prime... and nothing in my account to redeem that as well. Super disappointed as I signed up partly due to these offers.
