My wife and I recently signed up for Fios with the understanding that there would be a $200 credit for Google and Nest products as well as a $150 Visa gift card. When trying to register for the Visa card, the website is stuck trying to pull my "customer information". It has also been 31 days since our installation date and the Google and Nest credit should be live. When I go to check-out, no credit has been applied and I received no discount code to use. How can this problem be going on for so long?
