I just spent wasted time looking for a way to pay my bill. Everytime I sign in to My Verizon it takes me to my wireless account. Why can I not link my Verizon Wireless Account with my Residential account when it comes to MY Verizon? I just had to pay my bill over the phone and was charged an extra $3.50. According to a thread in this forum it was stated that Verizon was working on this but that was back in 2008. It's now 2014, what gives??
