Someone drained my gift card balance

Hello,

I have a $500 Verizon gift card that I was given. It looks like someone used it twice or three times and drained a majority of my balance, first down to $349.50 and now to the current balance of $15.50.

Could someone reach out to me via PM so that I could get an activity report on this gift card OR; at the very least, indicate to me that this gift card WAS NOT redeemed under my Verizon account? I can provide my Verizon account number. Thank you for your time!
