Still can't redeem the Fios Reward for the prepaid Visa gift card

Like everyone else, I can't redeem the $50 prepaid visa card—the link on My Verizon to register for the Fios Reward doesn't work and simply refreshes the page. It seems others have had this issue dating back over a year and there doesn't seem to be any solution. Is this new install reward even real? Can someone figure this out?

Simply file a complaint with your state’s attorney generals office who handles these issues. They will get Verizon to honor the card.

there use to be a phone number on this forum to call with these gift card redemptions and other assorted issues with them.

maybe another forum poster has that number.
