I have been a Fios account holder for years and in the last year I needed to transfer ownership of an account. The transfer was in process for over a year and when I went to try again they had to cancel the process to then start over. The Customer Solutions Center told me they would call me at 10am the next day to resolve the issue. I never received a call and yet again can get in contact with them. I do not want to change service providers but this inability to finalize these transactions is ridiculous.
